The 85th Edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo promoted the most talented and promising international designers of Menswear and Womenswear Fashion. The Fortezza Da Basso at PITTI Immagine 85 was the stage for new collections by prêt-à-porter and accessory designers who work with a new concept of modern in both the formal and edgy informal keys.
The shots by WWW.FINAEST.COM in collaboration with the talented photographer Marta Rovatti Studihrad were focused on the best emerging designers who decide to produce proudly their collections in Italy.
Super Duper Hats, winner of the last edition of Who's on next, was back in Florence with Matteo Gioli to present their Autumn Winter 2014-15 collections, with some ad hoc performances in dreamy locations. The protagonists of the new collection are the gandy dancers, railway laborers who worked in teams aligning the rails with the help of an iron bar.
Benedetta Bruzziches is a young talented designer of 28 year old. After living in different countries (Italy, India, China and Brazil) and working as personal assistant for Romeo Gigli, she came back in Viterbo to set up her own studio for creating her accessories. Her bags are stories to be told, every single bag is character of the novel and the plot is how these pieces are created. At the 85th edition of Pitti, she presented her first Men collection: postman bags sorrounded by hundreds of real love letters never arrived at their destination and found in an old trunk by Benedetta.

Casamadre, the brand founded by David Parisi & Alessia Crea (winners of the 2013 edition of the Who's on Next? Uomo Competitions) conveys an idea of itinerant belonging. The 2014/15 Fall.Winter collection is inspired by the circuses of the 1930s, the family of itinerant artistes par excellence and now presented in the most dreamy and magical version, delving into its essence and spirit. As explained by Alessia and David: "We chose the dark green and blue shades of black, we want ti be able to see our shoes in the dark, in a surreal dimension".
The path that one must take in order to have a bicycle created by Sartoria Cicli is exactly the same as that travelled by a client commissioning a new bespoke suit or seeking a communication strategy. The client introduces himself, his passions, his style and his world. He conveys a concept that Luca Lanzani and Simone Russo then transfer into a unique object. Perfect for the road and in the living room at home, on the “bicycle stand” of their design.
For the Fall/Winter 14-15 Collection, Sartoria Cicli Milano introduced at Pitti 85 few charming dresses for stylish bicycle lovers (like Check Gillet).
Camo is the abbreviation of “camouflage”. It's a project by Stefano Ughetti and he chose for his collection only the most refined textiles. The purpose is not to dress people, but to put them in touch with what they wear. The FW14 Collection by CAMO is called City: the city, the night, neon signs, grey concrete, and thousands dashing lights. Everything is moving faster and faster in a race against time. Run.
The creations resulting from the collaboration of An Italian Theory - the project by Alessandro Enriquez - and Azzurra Gronchi has a geometrical & unisex inspiration. Moreover, their production is completely Made in Italy and they used recycled materials for their unique collection.

Cecilia Bringheli founded C.B. Made in Italy in 2010 in Milan; her goal was to produce extraordinarily high-quality and sturdy handmade footwear for men and women. The Men Shoes realized by Cb Made in Italy and presented at Pitti Immagine 85 maintein a vintage hint, modernized in a original way and balanced in shades and pattern.
Two young freelancers grown up in the world of craftsmanship, from textile to accessories, like umbrellas and ties. After many years in the men’s wear world, Alberto Benigni and Attilio Borrione have both the know-how and the refined taste, coming from their homeland/native land/ country of origin and they set up Co-Land.
