The story of the brand Kyme starts as a game, almost a bet, from the mind of an inspired and resourceful optician: Antonello Calderoni. All began with the production

Put in the drawers of Antonello’s optical shops, Kyme sunglasses were shyly shown to the clientele and sold together with other famous and established brands. The brand, whose name comes from the Greek word which means wave, suggesting the idea of energy and movement, was effectively born in March 2013, in Altamura (Puglia). Since then, it has quickly become specialized in the design and production of high quality sunglasses, with the mission to restyle the evergreen sunglasses models in a more modern and fashionable way.
